The finding and assembling of authorities that bear on a question of law. 2. The field of study concerned with the effective marshaling of authorities that bear on a question of law. 4 Penelitian hukum dilakukan untuk: 1. Menemukan dan mengumpulkan bahan hukum autoritatif 5 yang berkaitan dengan menyusun berlakunya bahan hukum autoritatif mengenai suatu isu hukum tertentu. |
