Abstract: Think pair share or think pairwise sharing is one type of cooperative learning that is designed to influence students' interaction patterns. Think pair share gives the students time to think and respond and help each other mutually. objectives of this research was to examine differences in learning outcomes using learning model accompanied think pair share worksheets with conventional learning model in teaching physics in high school, to describe the physics students' learning activities using learning model with LKS think pair share in learning physics in high school . This type of research is experimental research which type of research that already meet the requirements of any other groups that are not subject to experimentation but allowed to obtain the observations, the socalled class control. Data collection techniques used in this study is the observation, documentation, interviews and tests. The conclusion of this study shows, there are significant differences in learning outcomes between the application of learning models accompanied think pair share worksheets with conventional learning in class X SMA semester in Balung school year 2012/2013 and the learning activities of students in the first semester of tenth grade in high school Balung country school year 2012/2013 by applying the learning model with LKS think pair share a fairly categorized as active or moderate.
