Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi komposisi media kompos bungkil kopi, konsentrasi pupuk cair organik serta interaksi komposisi media kompos bungkil kopi dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair terhadap kualitas biji gandum. Penelitian dilaksanakan di greenhouse Jurusan Budidaya Pertanian Universitas Jember dari bulan November 2010 sampai Juli 2011. Bahan tanam yang digunakan yaitu kompos bungkil kopi, gandum varietas Dark Northern Spring 14 (DNS 14), pupuk organik cair, dan tanah kering angin. Perlakuan disusun dalam rancangan faktorial 4 x 4 menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan tiga ulangan dan dua faktor. Komposisi media kompos bungkil kopi yang terdiri dari empat taraf yaitu tanpa kompos, penambahan kompos 100 gram, penambahan kompos 200 gram, dan penambahan kompos 300 gram, sedangkan faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi pupuk organik cair terdiri dari empat taraf yaitu tanpa pupuk cair, pemberian pupuk cair 1 cc, penambahan pupuk cair 2 cc, penambahan pupuk cair 3 cc. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan kompos bungkil kopi dan pupuk cair organik memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap kualitas biji gandum.This research was aim to determine the combination effect of composition of coffee peel compost media, concentration of liquid organic fertilizer and interaction between coffee peel compost media and concentration of liquid organic fertilizer on wheat quality. Research conducted in greenhouse, Agriculture Department, Jember University at November 2010 until July 2011. Materials used are coffee peel compost, Dark Northern Spring 14 (DNS 14) wheat varieties, liquid organic fertilizer, and dry soil. The treatments were arranged in 4 x 4 factorial designs using randomized block design with three repetitions and two factors. The composition of coffee peel compost media consisting of four variation, there are without compost, addition of 100 grams, 200, and 300 grams compost, while the second factor is concentration of liquid organic fertilizer, consisting of four variation, there are without liquid fertilizer, 1 cc liquid fertilizer addition, 2 cc liquid fertilizer, and 3 cc liquid fertilizer addition. The results showed that addition of composition off coffee peel compost and liquid organic fertilizer give the real effect on grain quality of wheat.
