Abstract: The results showed: (1) The ethics of Confucius significant effect on the ability of business, (2). Confucius ethics significantly influence overall customer satisfaction, (3). Entrepreneurship does not significantly affect the ability of business, (4). Entrepreneurship significant effect on the overall customer satisfaction; (5). Business capabilities significantly influence overall customer satisfaction; (6). Overall customer satisfaction significantly influence the perceived image; (7). Is Overall customer satisfaction significantly influence business performance; (8). Perceived image significant effect on Business Performance.
