Abstract: | The purpose of this research is to develop video learning media and produce video learning media products based on Jember local wisdom on Theme two Loving Plants and Animals in grade three that are valid, effective and practical. This research is an ADDIE model development research (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data were collected using interview instruments, questionnaires, learning outcomes tests and documentation. All research data were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The research subjects were 27 third grade students. The results of this study are (1) the video learning media developed obtained a validation score of 89 with a very feasible category. (2) The percentage of students with very good and good categories on the learning outcomes test after using video learning media was 92.5%. (3) The percentage of students who gave a positive response to the video learning media developed was 81.4%. It can be concluded that the learning media developed is declared valid, effective, and practical and is included in the good or positive category.
