Abstract

The "Rantang Kasih " Program in Banyuwangi Regency is a primary initiative to enhance the welfare of elderly individuals living alone. This research aims to evaluate the impact of collaboration between the government and the private sector in implementing this program. Throu gh the analysis of research findings, it was found that collaboration in terms of budget and program implementation has directly and indirectly contributed to the welfare of the elderly and the reduction of poverty rates in Banyuwangi Regency. Recommendati ons for program improvement include budget evaluation, enhancement of Social Worker Human Resources (PSM), and optimization of community participation.
