Abstract: Educational tourism is a program that integrates educational activities with tourism. Typically, educational tourism involves a group of individuals who visit an area with the primary objective of directly acquiring knowledge about that place. Malang Travelista is a travel agency established in 2011 in Malang City. Malang Travelista primary goal is to offer exceptional service to customers, enabling them to enjoy their travels fully, discover the wonders of nature, immerse themselves in many cultures, and experience the warm hospitality of East Java. The objective of this final project is to describe the procedure involved in formulating educational tour packages in Malang Travelista. The approach employed in this final project involves a comprehensive examination of existing material, drawing from several references, and conducting firsthand observations. At Malang Travelista, the author accurately followed a series of steps to create educational tour packages. This involved understanding the notion of educational tourism and ultimately producing the tour package offers. The development of this educational trip package is founded on thorough market research, which involves identifying the characteristics of potential tourists within the target market, as well as understanding their wishes and motivations to acquire services that offer excellent quality and competitive rates.
