Abstract: | Widyaiswara play an important role in training, so they must be able to comprehend, translate and explain the material in accordance with the training objectives so that they can achieve the training objectives. This study aims to know the relationship between the competence of widyaiswara and the quality of training. This study uses a quantitative method of correlation research. 41 respondents from the research sample were alumni of PPKS trainees at UPT. Balai Diklat KKB Jember. Respondents selected using the method of random sampling. Product moment is used for validity testing, and Cronbach's alpha is used for reliability testing. Rank spearman analysis test was used to analyze the research data. The results of this study state that, H0 is rejected by a sig. value. 0.00 < 0.05. The correlation test results of widyaiswara (X) with training quality (Y) resulted in a correlation coefficient value of 0.878. There is a very strong connection between the quality of training (Y) and the competency of widyaiswara (X), according to the results of the Spearman rank correlation test. The conclusion of this study is that there is a very strong relationship between the competence of widyaiswara and the quality of PPKS training at UPT. Balai Diklat KKB Jember |
