Abstract: Cayenne pepper has great potential in Indonesia's horticulture sector, with significant contributions from Jember Regency, especially Wuluhan, Ambulu and Balung sub-districts. Cayenne pepper production is influenced by factors such as land, pests, weather, and farmer interest. Sustainable supply chain management is important for economic, social and ecology aspects. Selected 18 supply chain performance indicators were identified and assessed using the AHP method. Supply chain performance in Jember District was categorized as “good” with a score above 70-90%. The average sustainability index was 79.12, indicating a “highly sustainable” status. Proposed improvements include land expansion, use of organic fertilizer, and market fulfillment. So good management and training for farmers are important to maintain the sustainability of cayenne pepper farming
