Analisis Keberlanjutan Usaha Agroindustri Pemindangan Ikan Tongkol (Euthynnus Affinis) di Kecamatan Puger Kabupaten Jember

Abstract

Analysis of the Sustainability of the Agro-Industry Business of Scanning Cod Fish (Euthynnus Affinis) in Puger District, Jember Regency. The cod scanning agroindustry is one of the businesses engaged in by many entrepreneurs in Puger District because Puger District is one of the first fishing centers in Jember Regency. This study aims to determine the sustainability status of the cod fish scanning business located in Puger District, Jember Regency and to find out the main factors that affect it. Sampling measurements were carried out at 3 scanning agro-industry sites in Puger District. The determination of business sustainability indicators is carried out by paying attention to 5 aspects with the sustainability status of the resource dimension aspect having 61.61%. In the economic dimension, it has a sustainable index with a score of 58.02%. In the social dimension, the sustainability index status was obtained at 47.87%. In the technology dimension, the sustainability index was obtained which was 50.48. In the environmental dimension, the status of the sustainability index is 51.18%. The results of the analysis show that most of these aspects have a fairly sustainable ordination scale, but some of the attributes in it have an RMS (Root Mean Square) value of ≥2% which means that some actions are needed to improve the quality of these attributes.
