Pendapatan UMKM Agroindustrri Keripik Pisang Sebelum dan di Masa Pandemi COVID-19 (Studi Kasus CV. Sunresist di Kabupaten Jember)

Abstract

In 2020, there was an infectious disease. The disease is known as Covid-19. To prevent the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, a Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) regulation was issued. The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on every aspect, especially on the banana chip agro-industry UMKM CV Sunresist in Jember Regency. The impact is a decrease in income at CV Sunresist due to decreased demand for banana chips. The purpose of the study was to determine the condition of the banana chip agro-industry of CV Sunresist before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The second is to know the difference in income of banana chip agro-industry MSMEs CV. Sunresist before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses analytical, comparative and descriptive research methods. The research used an income analysis analysis method and a paired sample t-test using the Shapiro Wilk normality test. The results showed that the condition of the banana chip agro-industry UMKM CV. Sunresist before and during the Covid-19 pandemic experienced different conditions, especially in the marketing process of Musae Chips products. Second, there is a decrease in income from Rp. 100,550,250 to Rp. 29,224,250, namely Rp. 71,326,000 or a decrease of 54.96%. or 52.45% and there is a significant difference in the average income before and during the Covid-19 pandemic has decreased from Rp. 10. 055,025.00 to Rp. 2,922,425.00 with a tcount value of 8.840 t table of 2.364 so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in income before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in the banana chip agro-industry UMKM CV. Sunresist in Jember Regency.
