Abstract

Teacher recruitment management is carried out to obtain prospective teachers who are competent in their performance in the field of education. The uniqueness of the teacher recruitment requirements is that they must be able to recite the Koran, at least memorize the 30th juz, and be able to speak Arabic and English. This research aims to describe the management of teacher recruitment in the Al-Qur'an Science Kindergarten, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Research data was obtained from documentation and interviews. The steps in data analysis include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The validity of the data used in this research uses source triangulation. The results obtained in this research are that teacher recruitment management at this institution has been carried out in four stages, namely planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. However, there are several problems with the documents, such as no CV because there are still no new registrants, no promotion with pamphlets and promotion in the digital sector which has resulted in not many prospective teachers registering at the school.
