Abstract: | Thinking creatively is one of the important skills that needs to be developed in students, especially in 21st-century learning. However, based on data from the Global Creativity Index, Indonesia is ranked 115th out of 139 countries worldwide based on its creativity value. Project-based learning based on ethno-STEM is a model that can facilitate and improve creative thinking abilities. This research was conducted at MA Negeri 1 Probolinggo from February to March 2024. It is a type of quantitative research with a research design using a pre-test and post-test group design. Sampling is measured based on mid-semester test scores, and the sample is selected randomly. This research aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the project-based learning model integrated with ethno-STEM and biodiversity material on the creative thinking abilities of class X high school students. The research results stated that every parameter in creative thinking ability increased after treatment with the ethno-STEM integrated project-based learning model in the classroom. So based on this, there is an influence on the effectiveness of the project-based learning model integrated with ethno-STEM and biodiversity material on the creative thinking abilities of class X high school students. |
