dc.description.abstractThis research was designed to determine and analyze the quality of population administration services at Campurdarat District Tulungagung Regency. This research is a type of mixed methods research by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants taken by researchers were service recipients, population administration service operators, District Secretaries and Head of Public Services for Campurdarat District. In this study, researchers used five concepts of service quality, namely tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy to determine the quality of population administration services in Campurdarat District. Based on the results of observations and interviews, the quality of population administration services in Campurdarat District is considered to be good enough. Based on the five concepts of service quality, namely Tangible, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, Empathy, there are only two indicators that still have deficiencies. These deficiencies include tangible and assurance, namely the lack of facilities and infrastructure such as rooms that are too narrow, a lack of waiting chairs, no tables and stationery for visitors, limited operational equipment, and a less than ideal number of employees. and inappropriate opening and closing hours. Overall, the quality of service implemented in Campurdarat District is quite good, although several aspects still need improvement so that the service is more optimal.en_US
