Abstract: Hazardous waste is disposal of the residual production of an industry containing hazardous and toxic materials. This type of research was descriptive quantitative analysis is describing the variables based on study and then presenting them descriptively. This descriptive of this study to find out current condition of hazardous waste management regional general hospital regency X to conduct analysis. The main regulation used is Permenlhk No 6 of 2021 governing disposal procedures and conditions hazardous management. Hazardous waste management analyzed include reductioning, storing, collecting, transporting, sorting and processing. In this case need to know the origin, type and composition hazardous waste in regional general hospital regency X at this moment. The purpose of this study is to compare the existing conditions of hazardous waste management with the applicable regulations. The scale show the percentage of hazardous waste management compliance is 78% which is "Good" category. Hazardous management performance assessment is carried out based on the hazardous waste balance format regional general hospital regency X balance has implemented management compliance of 100%. The results of the assessment of the implementation of hazardous waste management, on fire prevention parameters are not appropriate with Permenlhk No 6 of 2021 becuase it doesn't have a fire detector.
