Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga dengan Nyeri Akut pada Pasien Rheumatoid Arthritis di Puskesmas Sekargadung Kota Pasuruan

Abstract

Background Rheumatoid arthritis is a frequent cause joint inflammation. This inflammatory process produces an inflammatory response from the synovium (synovitis) resulting in pain. The massage technique is a light massage using hand touch without inserting a drug into the body So clove oil is used topically to absorb it through the skin to reduce pain, while clove oil itself is natural analgesic. Data on rheumatoid arthritis at the Sekargadung Community Health Center is as much as 28 people. Method: case studies are to describe a problem with detailed limitations, having data collection that includes multiple sources information. This case study was conducted on a client with rheumatoid arthritis acute pain nursing problems. Results: after nursing care during 3x home visits for 2x60 minutes for acute pain nursing problems can be resolved. Analysis: Massage techniques and clove oil are effective for reduces pain in rheumatoid arthritis.
