Abstract: | The anthology of short stories Lukisan Mitologis is used as a research object using linguistic style because it has an aesthetic appeal in the authorship style contained therein. Authorship style is the author's way of expressing his creative ideas in a literary work with a sense of beauty through the medium of language. The authorship style in this short story anthology is very beautiful and interesting to study. The problems in the research are diction, figurative language and the use of research results on the authorship style of youth literature in the short story anthology Lukisan Mitologis. The aim of the research is to describe, analyze and interpret diction, figurative language, and the use of research results on the authorship style of youth literature in the short story anthology Lukisan Mitologis. The type of research used in the research is qualitative stylistics. The data source is an anthology of short stories Lukisan Mitologis in the form of words and phrases. The data collection technique used is documentation technique. The data analysis technique used is interpretive descriptive technique. The diction contained in the short story anthology Lukisan Mitologis is (1) denotative and connotative diction, (2) diction for general words and special words, (3) diction for scientific words and popular words, (4) English diction, (5) Javanese diction, and (6) technical diction. The figurative language contained in the short story anthology Mythological Paintings is (1) simile, (2) metapho, (3) personification,(4) hyberbole and (5) synecdoche.. The use of research results on the authorship style of youth literature in the short story anthology Lukisan Mitologis is TP 3.7.6 Students convey logical, critical and creative arguments individually and in groups using the meaning of denotative and connotative words and are able to present the results of students' work on the structure and linguistic characteristics of fiction and non-fiction book review texts as well as convey and present expressions of feelings and awards in the form of informational texts through multimodal texts. |
