Abstract: The need for quality human resources is very important for PP.Nurul Ali Ledokombo Jember to achieve its main goals. The development of an institution is determined by the performance of its teachers and employees, which ultimately affects the productivity and improvement of the quality of the institution's human resources. Good performance can be achieved through a transformational leadership style and good religiosity through the work motivation of teachers and employees. Many studies have been conducted to examine the relationship between transformational leadership style and religiosity on employee performance. However, some of them have not shown success and there are research gaps. The research results have a big influence on the performance assessment of PP Nurul Ali Ledokombo Jember employees. This research tries to measure the performance of teachers and employees from transformational leadership style and religiosity and work motivation as intervention variables. This decision making is based on existing theory. In fact, the role of transformational leadership style and religiosity by assessing employee performance through work motivation is expected to be able to make teachers and employees of PP Nurul Ali Ledokombo Jember better compared to Islamic boarding schools in other areas that have achieved their goals.
