dc.description.abstractIn facing the phenomenon of business competition, especially in the shipbuilding sector, companies must continually improve quality, efficiency, and innovation. One widely adopted measure is the implementation of the ISO 9001 quality management system. PT. PAL Indonesia, having obtained ISO certification, needs to comprehend and consistently implement these standards. This research analyzes the implementation of ISO 9001 : 2015 in the shipbuilding project of Auxiliary Hospital 2 Ship, the latest project completed by PT. PAL Indonesia. In this research, a score of 83.63% was obtained with category “Very Good”. The research also identifies factors that contribute to success and obstacles encountered in its execution. These factors are further classified according to the points outlined in ISO 9001 : 2015, such as human resources, infrastructure, methods/procedures, materials, and communication.en_US
