Abstract: | The purpose of the research conducted was to see whether or not there was an influence of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by animaker media on Higher Order Thinking Skills in fifth grade students at SD Negeri Semboro 04 Jember. The Problem Based Learning model is able to improve higher order thinking skills, because students are given problems to solve their own problems. This research is an experimental study using a Quasi-Experimental design, with a non-equivalent control group design pattern. The research sample was 56 with 27 students in VA class and 29 students in VB class. before the t test is carried out, a normality test is carried out to find out whether the data is normally distributed or not using the PTS value. The results of the calculation of the t test using SPSS software version 21, show a π‘count (4,960) < π‘π‘πble (4,878). This π»π is accepted and π»0 is rejected, so that there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by animaker media on HOTS in class V SD Negeri Semboro 04 Jember. The results of the relative effectiveness calculations show that the HOTS achievement of experimental class students using the Problem Based Learning model assisted by animaker media is 46.36% better than the control class using the STAD type cooperative model. |
