Konflik Agraria Masyarakat Desa Sumberejo Kecamatan Ambulu Kabupaten Jember Tahun 2013 - 2017

Abstract

The struggle for land management rights is a problem for Sumberejo Farmers and Tambak Investors. The issue of management rights should be resolved by referring to the Agrarian Law, but to this day, the problem has not found a middle ground. Even the district government does not have a conflict resolution method. This research uses systematic writing in historical methodology, namely 1) topic selection, 2) heuristics, 3) source criticism, 4) interpretation, and 5) historiography. The government does not provide certificates to these communities. On the other hand, PT. Seafer, only has a location permit granted by the district government in 2017. However, procedurally, the granting of a location permit should involve community participation, but in this case, the community was not involved. Findings from a study conducted by Berem Farmers Union (SPB) and Api Tani showed that the documents used in the HGU agreement did not match the data of farmers managing conflict lands.
