Gambaran Faktor yang Berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Administrasi Rawat Jalan dalam Penyerahan Berkas Klaim BPJS Kesehatan (Studi pada RSUD DR.R Soedarsono)

Abstract

The implementation of the insurance system for the use of health services is now covered by related institutions without having to worry about unexpected costs and other expenses. This study aims to describe the factors that can affect outpatient administration personnel in submitting BPJS health claim files at Dr. R. Soedarsono Hospital, Pasuruan City. The type of research used is descriptive research with nonprobability sampling techniques. The variables in this study are individual factors including background (work experience / working period, education) and demographics (age, gender), organizational factor variables consisting of resources, leadership, rewards, work design. Data analysis techniques use cross-tabulations. The conclusion of this study is poor performance in individual factors due to more than 10 years of work, D3 education, adult age and female respondents, while organizational factors namely good resources, good leadership, moderate rewards and good work design have poor performance. Based on this, it is expected for hospitals to be able to improve performance that is still not good and improve performance that is already good, make automatic data input applications for poly administration and future researchers so that they can research and explore psychological factors that affect performance at Dr. R. Soedarsono Hospital.DPU
