Abstract: This study discusses the Development of Local Wisdom-Based Augmented Reality Learning Media in Lumajang for Grade V Theme 8 Subtheme 1 at Tegalrejo 01 Elementary School. The study uses Borg and Gall's 10-stage development model, but only utilizes up to stage 8. The augmented reality learning media based on local wisdom in Lumajang must meet the criteria of validity, effectiveness, and practicality. Local wisdom is a local concept that holds values believed to be true by the community and passed down from generation to generation. Augmented reality learning media based on local wisdom in Lumajang is associated with the local knowledge, wealth, norms, culture, insights, and other heritage of their ancestors. The data collection methods used in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, learning outcome tests, expert validation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study include validity analysis through media validation, effectiveness data analysis using Independent Sample T-Test and Relative Effectiveness (ER) tests, and practicality analysis through student questionnaire responses. The validity criteria for the augmented reality learning media based on local wisdom in Lumajang from the validity test with 3 validators obtained a result of 90.27, categorized as very appropriate. The effectiveness of the product is seen from the achievement of learning outcomes and testing using the Independent Sample T-Test, which obtained a result of (13.58 > 1.711), indicating that the augmented reality learning media based on local wisdom in Lumajang is effective. The relative effectiveness obtained a result of 89.56% in the high category, with 10.44% influenced by internal and external factors. The practicality of the augmented reality learning media based on local wisdom in Lumajang, as measured by student questionnaire responses, obtained a result of 78.12%, classified as practical based on the student questionnaire responses after using the augmented reality learning media based on local wisdom in Lumajang.
