dc.description.abstractThe reduction in the type of fossil fuels makes experts now start researching to use of alternative energy. One of the alternative energy that is currently widely used is electricity generation. Energy sources including solar, wind, tidal waves and biomass are currently being investigated to replace fossils as the main fuel. Indonesia is a tropical country that has sun all year round. So that the availability of sun will be abundant. One of the efforts to use the sun this year is to use the sun to generate electricity. The reliability of solar energy is very dependent on the climate and weather in an area so it cannot be predicted. So it takes hybridization of the source and storage of the energy. This hybrid concept is a combination of energy sources and storage that will be adjusted to the needs and availability. Using a Bidirectional converter controlled using a fuzzy logic controller can create a system with two sources, namely PLTS and PLN, which can be used to supply loads and charge batteries so that the system runs more optimally.
