Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan JNE Kantor Cabang Utama Jember

Abstract

Online sales in Indonesia are increasing, which has an impact on companies operating in the field of goods delivery services, one of which is JNE Jember Main Branch Office which is located on Jl. Moh. Yamin No.99, Karanganyar, Tegal Besar, Kec. Kaliwates, Jember Regency, East Java 68131. JNE Jember Main Branch Office provides services with different advantages. This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the productivity of JNE Jember Branch Main Office employees. This research uses quantitative methods and the population in this research is 40 employees in the JNE Jember Main Branch Office operational department. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling. The research results show that work discipline (X1) influences employee productivity (Y), work motivation (X2) influences employee productivity (Y), Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) jointly influence employee productivity ( Y) at JNE Main Office Jember Branch
