Abstract: The objective of this research is to explore the factors that causing students’ anxiety in English Foreign Language environment at the Eighth Grade Students studying in MTs NU AL BADAR. This research used a Narrative Inquiry-Qualitative method and applied Categorical Content Perspective. The participant consists of an Eight Grade Student in her even semester at MTs NU AL BADAR. The data gathered through observation checklist, and a recommendation by the teacher to conduct an interview. The result of this research showed that there are four emotions that become the possible factors matched with the theories given by Horwitz et al (1986). These factors are worry, nervousness, fear and tension.
