Abstract: This study aims to determine the pattern of partnership between Edamame Village and PT Gading Mas Indonesia Teguh on community empowerment in Curah Kates Village, Jember Regency. Lack of knowledge.and community skillsCurah Kates Village, so that it becomes one of the helplessness of the community around the factory. One form of community empowerment is by providing processed trainingthrough the partnership established by Edamame Village with PT. Gading Mas Indonesia Teguh. The results of this study indicate the partnership pattern of Edamame Village with PT. Gading Mas Indonesia Teguh (GMIT), which uses the Inti Plasma partnership pattern. The plasma nucleus partnership pattern is very helpful for the community, especially the lower middle class, because the partnership pattern carried out by both parties is able to increase welfare and self-reliance and help people to have skills and knowledge, become a confident society, get relationships from the government and fellow MSMEs, able to self-employment, gain experience, be more creative, and also earn income.
