Abstract: The main problem in this study is whether there is an effect of using the everyone is a teacher here cooperative learning model on creativity and learning outcomes on tangent circle equation material for class VIII SMPN 2 Tegalsari Banyuwangi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the everyone is a teacher here cooperative learning model on student creativity and learning outcomes. The type of data obtained is in the form of quantitative data from creativity and student learning outcomes with test data collection techniques in the form of pretest and posttest. Indicators to measure success in this study are indicators of creativity in the form of fluency, flexibility, originality, elaboration and indicators of special learning outcomes if all the material being taught is mastered by students, very good if 76% to 99% is mastered by students, good if 60% to 75% mastered by students, less if 60% of the subject matter taught is mastered by students. This research was an experimental research which was carried out in 4 meetings in the control class and the experimental class. The research shows that the research data analyzed using SPSS has the influence of the everyone is a teacher here cooperative learning model on creativity and learning outcomes on tangent to class VIII class SMPN 2 Tegalsari Banyuwangi.
