The emotional condition of the patient's family can affect the process of coping mechanisms. This can reduce the level of religious coping. Methods: this type of research is descriptive. The place of research is in the ICU of Dr. Soebandi Hospital, Jember. The questionnaire used the Iranian Religious Coping Scale (IRCOPE scale) instrument. The statistical test used descriptive frequency. Results: the results of research with family religious coping variables as many as 56 people (52.3%) showed high religious coping.
