Abstract: In 2022, there was a reduction in the number of doctors at the Winongan Community Health Center (Puskesmas). As a result, the healthcare service in the General Clinic relied on one doctor and one nurse. In addition to their responsibilities in the General Clinic, the general practitioner and the nurse had additional structural duties. This increase in responsibilities led to an increased workload for the general practitioner and the nurse at the Winongan Puskesmas. The purpose of this research is to analyze the staffing requirements for general practitioners and nurses at the General Clinic of the Winongan Community Health Center in Pasuruan Regency using the Workload Indicator Staffing Need (WISN) method. This study utilizes the Workload Indicator Staffing Need (WISN) method, which is a workload measurement method used to determine the staffing needs for a unit based on the workload. The calculations using the Workload Indicator Staffing Need (WISN) method revealed that the Available Working Time (AWT) for the general practitioner is 1,628.88 hours per year, and for the nurse, it is 1,690.58 hours per year. The Standard Workload (SWL) for the general practitioner is 977,475.66 minutes per year, and for the nurse, it is 661,536.98 minutes per year, with an average patient service time in the General Clinic of 7.31 minutes per patient and an average leprosy patient visit duration of 224.5 minutes per visit. The Standard Allowance (SA) for the general practitioner is 0.44, and for the nurse, it is 0.36. The final calculation indicates a staffing requirement of 1.24 general practitioners and 1.03 nurses for the General Clinic at the Winongan Puskesmas. The conclusion of this research is that the General Clinic at the Winongan Community Health Center requires 2 (two) general practitioners and 1 (one) nurse.
