Abstract: Mood disorders are a group of mental illnesses that affect how a person feels. Mental health problems of drivers in the form of stress, which then affects mood, is one of the causes of drivers being aggressive while driving. Aggressive attitudes that cause work accidents can be found in online motorcycle taxi drivers such as Go-jek drivers. This study analyses factors related to mood disorder symptoms in the Go-Jek driver community in Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. This type of research is observational analytic and uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on Go-jek drivers in Sumbersari District, Jember Regency, with a population of 5 Go-jek communities consisting of 135 drivers. The sampling technique used simple random sampling and obtained a sample of 100 drivers. Relationship data analysis used the Spearman and Chisquare tests with a significance level (α) of 0.05. The results showed that most mood disorder symptoms were mild (38%). There is a significant relationship between mental workload and sleep quality with mood disorder symptoms in Go-jek drivers where p = 0.001 (p <0.05). The recommended suggestion is that Go-Jek drivers should be able to manage working hours (no more than 8 hours per day), maintain physical fitness, and get enough rest.
