Abstract: Researchers also chose the research subject on "Nippon Paint Advertisement Edition: Colors that Unite" because of the motivation in conveying messages and motivation in the field of shooting techniques that combine elements of product marketing with elements of nationalism that make product interest wider. The researcher's aim is to analyze cinematography in the edition of Nippon Paint advertisements: Colors That Unite and analyze what the application of cinematography is in producing advertisements that can be enjoyed and even generate interest. Researchers analyzed advertisements from shooting techniques using Blain Brown's cinematographic approach because the explanation of taking and its kinds had covered it. Researchers use descriptive qualitative methods, the data to be collected in the form of images that are described. The use of qualitative methods is continuous with the analysis of shooting techniques because (shot) shooting presents a contained image. In the edition of Nippon Paint advertisement: Colors that Unite uses more eye level angles because to build strong emotions in realizing the word unity. Type of shot in the edition of Nippon Paint advertisement: Warna Yang Mempersatukan serves to convey to the audience from different points of view in order to display interesting results. The use of composition after being analyzed can also generate audience interest in buying a product.
