Proses Penyelenggaraan Event Grand Opening Klinik Kecantikan Aesthetic D'Sardo Oleh PT Element Sinergi Kreasindo

Abstract

Tourism is an activity of visiting one place to another which is carried out by individuals or groups. One of the tourism sectors that has been growing rapidly until now is MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, Exhibition) sector. The development of event organizer services has become an attractive choice for the community to help improve the economy. Event organizer is a service that is responsible for managing and arranging an event so that it runs smoothly. One of them is PT Element Sinergi Kreasindo. In the activities of PT. Elements of Sinergi Kreasindo that provide event handling services, namely the grand opening of the D'sardo aesthetic clinic. The grand opening event is included in the form of a special event. Special events are activities that are specially designed, these activities support management in achieving organizational goals that can create a positive image and public trust. the purpose of this writing is to provide an overview of the process of organizing the grand opening event of the D'Sardo beauty clinic by PT Element Sinergi Kreasindo. The results of the final project report show that the process of organizing the EO Element in handling the grand opening of the D'Sardo aesthetic beauty clinic has three stages, namely pre-event which consists of explaining the stages of drafting the concept, budgeting, negotiation, dealing, production, team preparation, on event which explains the the time of the event, and post-event, namely explaining the stages after the event has been completed, there are a series of activities at the post-event stage, namely external evaluation with the client and internal evaluation with the crew
