Upaya Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Sosial Masyarakat melalui Pengembangan Wisata Pantai Pesona (Studi Deskriptif di Desa Kalisalam Kecamatan Dringu Kabupaten Probolinggo)

Abstract

Pokdarwis Nyalam is a tourism awareness group in Kalisalam Village which was established in early 2021. In the activities and work programs of the Nyalam Pokdarwis, the community of Kalisalam Village is more involved. This study aims to find out how the Pokdarwis Nyalam strategy is in improving the social welfare of the community through the development of Pesona Beach Tourism. This research uses a qualitative approach with this type of research using descriptive research. This study used the determination of research locations with a purposive area technique. By determining the informants by dividing the two types, namely the main informants and additional informants, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the Nyalam Pokdarwis strategy are the priorities, namely improving facilities and infrastructure, efforts to create jobs and create a sense of security and comfort for visitors.
