dc.description.abstract | Learning demands in the 21st century are to be able to apply learning with 4C capabilities in the form of critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity but in reality learning activities in class V SDN Yosorati 01 Sumberbaru still use lecture, discussion, question and answer, assignment methods so they haven't practiced the model varied learning, there were 12 students who did not pay attention to the teacher's explanation. Another problem is that 16 students have difficulty understanding learning material, and there are low student learning outcomes with a learning achievement percentage of 39.45% in the less category. The research conducted aims to improve student learning outcomes in class V SDN Yosorati 01 Sumberbaru Jember Theme 8 Our Friend's Environment through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in 2 cycles through several stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the observation stage and finally the reflection stage. Based on the results of the study, there was an increase in learning outcomes classically in class V SDN Yosorati 01 Sumberbaru Jember starting from the pre-cycle to the implementation of cycle II as evidenced in the percentage of student learning outcomes, namely the percentage of student learning outcomes in pre-cycle of 39.74% (low category) then increased in cycle I with a percentage of 74.25% after that it increased in cycle II with a percentage of 85.19%. The conclusion of applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve student learning outcomes. | en_US |
