dc.description.abstractThis research aims to develop a valid tool package workshop that can be used as a guide for organizing online workshop activities. The development of science and technology causes learning activities to increase the demand for students to have skills in critical, creative, collaborative, and communicative thinking supported by a suitable learning approach in the form of a STEM approach. STEM teachers must also have skills that can balance technological advances through teacher professional development. One way to do this is through workshop activities. Thus, online workshop activities are needed with the DECODE workshop model which aims to actively integrate experience in technology-based learning activities which can later facilitate TPACK teachers' abilities to access technology, pedagogy, and material learning simultaneously. This research is included in research and development (R&D) research with the ADDIE development model which is carried out in five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data analysis technique used is the validity and practicality test as well as the limited scale test. The validity test was in the form of a face and content validity test by an expert validator with an inter-rater agreement score of 81.5%. The practicality test used a practical questionnaire aimed at workshop activity participants with a practicality formula score of 88.5%. Meanwhile, the limited scale test was carried out using the Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test with positive ranks of 8.50 and a Sum of Ranks ranking of 136.00 and Z obtained at -3.520 and a p-value of <0.001. So with the workshop package with the DECODE model, it is highly recommended for organizations organizing workshop activities to serve as basic guidelines in organizing workshop activities.en_US
