Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of CV Mona Bordir Bondowoso employees. The method used in this research is quantitative with a sample of 46 employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression accompanied by the F test (simultan) and the t test (partial) with using SPSS 23. The results showed that work motivation had no effect on employee performance and job satisfaction had an effect on employee performance.
