Abstract: | The COVID-19 pandemic has made Indonesia experience changes in the use of health services, one of which is the decline in research coverage for children under two years of age. One of the factors that mothers master the basic techniques of children is knowledge. This research aim to analyze the relationship between mother knowledge about COVID-19 and complete basic immunization for infant during the COVID-19 pandemic in the working area of the Klabang Public Health Center in Bondowoso Regency. This type of this research was retrospective study approach. The total sample was 64 respondents was taken by total sampling method. Mother knowledge was measured using questionnaire mother knowledge about COVID-19 and the infant KMS observation sheet. The results of Chi-Square test showed that there was the relationship between mother knowledge about COVID-19 and complete basic immunization for infant during the COVID-19 pandemic with p value = 0,001. Discussion from the results of the study knowledge is an important factor in the formation of behavior so that well knowledge mother will have an impact complete basic immunization. Well knowledge mother about COVID-19 is expected to able maintain basic immunization coverage during the COVID-19 pandemic. |
