Gambaran Perilaku Caring Perawat Menurut Pasien BPJS di Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas III RSUD dr. Haryoto Lumajang

Abstract

The focus of health care services is patient-oriented, so nursing services require improving the quality of nursing care provided to patients. Caring behavior among nurses is an important indicator when providing nursing care to patients. The study almed to identify the description of nurses' caring behavior in the inpatient ward of grade III at dr. Haryoto Hospital . Purposive sampling was used in the descriptive analytic study. The sample was 244 respondents, and the study used a questionnaire of the Caring Behavior Inventory 24, developed by Wolf (1994), which was modified by Respati (2012) into 24 items and translated into Indonesian by Krisdayanti (2021). The results of this study indicate the caring behavior of nurses in class three inpatient rooms at Dr Haryoto Lumajang Hospital in the good category with a percentage of 50.8% with four indicator Assurance, Knowledge and Skill, Respectfull and Connectedness. The highest percentage was 66.9% on the Knowledge and Skill is indicator and the lowest was 28.9% on the Connectedness indicator. It can be concluded caring behavior of nurses according to BPJS patient in ward of grade three at dr. Haryoto Hospital was partly is good. Nurses need to show their caring behavior in providince nursing care to fulfill patients safety, quality and affordable service.
