Abstract: Employee competency monitoring activities can help determine, and facilitate decision-making in production schedules. However, many of these activities are still carried out manually so an information system is needed to be efficient. Success in developing a quality information system depends on the selection of prioritized software requirements. This paper will discuss the prioritization of employee competency monitoring software requirements by using forty functional requirements and six non functional requirements selected from stakeholders. Prioritization is accomplished through a Fuzzy Moscow Method. Results suggest that relating to the competency assessment process categorized as must have, input machine data and see competency values categorized as should have, change the machine competency data categorized as could have, and pictures and videos of how to use the machine categorized as won’t have.
