Abstract

Build Operate and Transfer) is a form of cooperation agreements carried out between the holders of rights to land by investors, stating that the holders of land rights would entitle the investor to erect a building during waking agreement to transfer, and transfer ownership of the building to holders of land rights after the transfer to end in cooperation with the Build Operate and Transfer system, the owner of the exclusive right (usually owned by the government) or the owner of the land (public / private) submit development projects to investors to finance the construction within a specified period the investor is given the concession to manage the buildings concerned to take the economic benefit (or the presentation of profit sharing).
