Abstract: The Bekoh Kerreng Rampak Pandhalungan patrol music art has several accompaniment instruments such as remo, kenong, interlude, angklung, big bass, tambourine and also several additional instruments such as Banyuwangi kendang, Banyuwangi kluncing and kenong telo'. The interesting thing about this group is the arrangement of the songs which still use regional rhythms from the culture that forms the Pandhalungan community, namely Java, Banyuwangi and Madura. The formulation of the problems in this study are: 1) What is the background for the establishment of the Bekoh Kereng Rampak Pendalungan Patrol Music in Gebang Village, Jember Regency in 2010-2018?; 2) How does the Bekoh Kerreng Rampak Pandhalungan Paguyuban music maintain the existence of Jember's distinctive patrol music? This research is a cultural history research, especially in music arts research. Results of the research Origins of the emergence of Patrol Bekoh Kerreng Music Association; The journey of the Patrol Bekoh Kerreng music studio started with Slamet Sutrisno (50) who was moved to preserve Patrol's music. The efforts of Patrol Music Association bekoh Kerreng in preserving and maintaining the existence of Patrol music in Jember Regency are by doing a number of things, such as maintaining the originality of the musical instruments used, collaborating with school institutions to continue to be studied by the younger generation, collaborating with government agencies to be appreciated and preserved by participating in enlivening government events, and finally using the mass media to continue to disseminate to the general public the national and international levels about Jember's music patrol.
