Abstract: PT. Kuala Lumpur Kepong (KLK) Kalimantan Branch is a corporation producing crude oil from palm tree. PT. KLK has supply chain flow starting from the cultivation progress, production is divided into 2 which are harvesting and processing the palms into palm oil, distributing the supplies to consumer. Within supply chain process, PT. KLK has challenges such as possible risks that may occur during each business process. This research identifies risk events along with the causes (Risk agent) which may and already happened in PT. KLK using SCOR model and mitigate risk in risk agent that has been prioritized with House Of Risk (HOR) method Phase 1 integrated with Fuzzy Logic. Furthermore in HOR Phase 2, researchers do brainstorming with respondents and build mitigation strategy to reduce and even avoid risk events. This research contains 40 risk events and 27 risk agents. This results in 27 mitigation strategies and 11 priority mitigation strategies that are: 1) Do briefing on each production; 2) Utilize FIFO (First In First Out) system; 3) Perform earlier orders; 4) Hold training for employees periodically; 5) Evaluate every 3 months; 6) Stock check warehouse periodically; 7) Surveillance the production process; 8) Do consolidation to reduce the price; 9) Perform briefing to the harvest labourers about standard ripeness level; 10) Carry out road checking condition periodically; 11) Build embankment to flush river.
