Gambaran Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Perilaku Ibu Hamil terkait Pemeriksaan Antenatal Care pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember

Abstract

Maternal and infant mortality were a major challenged during the Covid-19. Pregnant women was a special group at high risk during outbreaks of infectious diseases. Efforts to prevent maternal and infant mortality could be carried out by conducting antenatal care regularly. Antental Care (ANC) was the care of the mother and fetus during pregnancy. Antenatal Care was influenced by several factors including knowledge, attitude and behavior. The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge, attitude, and behavior of pregnant women related to antenatal care during the Covid-19 pandemic. The design research was descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with sample 71 pregnant women. The instrument used questionnaire. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a good level of knowledge (77.5%), positive attitude (52.1%), and regular behavior (95.8%). Therefore, description of the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of mothers related to the examination during the COVID-19 pandemic in the work area of the Kaliwates Health Center, were having good knowledge, positive attitudes and regular behavior in conducting antenatal care during the COVID-19 pandemic.
