Virtual world transactions are an innovation offered in the development of today's era even though, in the use of virtual transactions it offers convenience in conducting transactions, however, the e-system -commerce also has lapses, including discrepancies in the type and quality of the promised goods or services and are prone to fraud where in many cases the buyer has sent an agreed amount of money but the goods purchased have not been delivered. Delivery delays even using other people's credit cards or illegal access to information systems (hacking) in this case will focus more on e-commerce, namely Paypal. Paypal is known as a service that allows users to make payments for purchased goods or exchange money between accounts in secure online transactions. However, in reality, in the use of Paypal e Wallet, there are also practices that harm consumers. Cases on Paypal that usually occur are obtained through searches are Scams under the guise of Paypal, Difficult Add Funds, Difficult Withdrawal Processes and Paypal account burglary.
