dc.description.abstract | Flow Injection Analysis or “FIA” is an analysis method which is rapid and accurate. FIA instrumentation requires the precise injector system. The purpose of this research is to make fixed-time injector system in use for the FIA. Determination of the volume of injection in some variations of time and speed used the principle of density. Program that used for controlling in the automated injection was LabVIEW 8 TM. The result showed that the injection volume of time and velocity variation provide a linear relationship with value of variation of coefficient under 0,65%. So it can be applied at the automated FIA system. | en_US |
