dc.description.abstractSocial media is now one of the means for community interaction. Access to social media is now also easily accessible by all circles of society. One of the social media that is widely used by Indonesian people is Twitter. In social media accounts, especially Twitter, language and writing are the main elements, but it is possible for Twitter users to share tweets in the form of videos. One of the most prominent figures in Indonesia who uses Twitter as a social media in interacting with the public through social media is the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia, Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno. Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno or more familiarly called Sandi is an Indonesian businessman and politician. The method in this study uses a qualitative method. The results of this study are illocutionary speech acts contained in the tweet of the Twitter account @sandiuno as the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia.en_US
