dc.description.abstract | Each disturbance has properties of the different faultin which there is disorder taht is temporary (contemporary) and there is the old nature (permanent), no exception overcurrent interference and if the fault isn’t addressed it will damage the system of the distribution network. Therefore, its need a proper security system according with the type of the disturbance and according with the function of the seat in order to overcome any interference good happened, efficient, and handal. The method using in this study is the use of neural network method. Overcurrent relay is a protection relay whose working principle is based onthe amount of input current and is very suitable for protecting againts overcurrent interference. Overcurrent relay will work when there is an increase in current that exceeds a certain safety value and within certain a period of time. Neural network or artificial neural network (ANN) is a network consisting a group of small processing units that are presented based on neural network in humans. Like a biological neural networks, artificial neural network have the ability to learn and adapt to the given input. | en_US |
