In coffee bean processing more than 40% coffee pulp hemicellulose wastes were produced with high C/N ratio so that difficult to decompose. An isolate Aspergillus VT12 can grew well and produced extracelluler enzyme during solid state fermentation on coffee pulp substrate based. The enzyme was observed actively breakdown or degrade coffee pulp substrate and released reducing sugars. The optimum activity of crude enzyme in pH 5 at 35oC. At 18 hours incubation, the crude enzyme had hydrolysis eficiency 1.49 %.en_US
