Pengaruh Sikap, Norma Subjektif, dan Persepsi Kontrol Perilaku Terhadap Keterlibatan Masyarakat dalam Judi Online Melalui Niat (Studi Kasus Masyarakat Jember)
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of attitude, subjective
norm, and perceived behavioral control on community involvement in online
gambling through intention. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected
through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to 160 respondents from
Jember Regency aged 17 and above who are aware of online gambling platforms.
The data were processed using the Smart PLS 4.0 software.
The statistical test results show that the intention variable successfully
mediates the influence of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral
control on community involvement in online gambling. This is evidenced by a T
statistic value of 9.927 and a p-value of 0.000, indicating that intention has a
positive and significant effect on involvement. The contribution of the independent
variables to the intervening variable (intention) is reflected in the values for attitude
(4.136), subjective norm (2.828), and perceived behavioral control (5.611). This
implies that higher levels of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral
control lead to an increased intention to engage in online gambling activities.
